Avalon has extensive experience providing medical nutrition therapy in order to help clients create nutrition goals and develop individualized plans that will work for the client.

What’s Included:

• Free 15-min Discovery Call to determine if working together is a good fit
• 1:1 Nutrition Counseling
• Assistance in managing and meeting nutrition goals

Pricing

(Private Pay, not accepting insurance plans at this time)

• Initial Appointment, $200 for 75 minutes
• Follow-Up Appointment, $120 for 45 minutes
• Meal Planning, $80 for 30 minutes

Long Term Care Consulting

Avalon is board-certified in Gerontological Nutrition and has been working in long-term care communities across the United States since 2017.

Avalon is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration and holds dietetic licensure in Illinois, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and New Hampshire.

Services can be customized based on community need.
