Avalon is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has been working in the field of nutrition and dietetics since 2011. She has a diverse set of nutrition experiences which include long-term care, end-of-life nutrition, hospital care, restaurant food service, higher education, and correctional food service. She is a Board-Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition.
Avalon is currently completing a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition at the University of North Florida and her alma maters are Illinois State University and Texas Woman’s University’s.
